The Notices During Installation
- Please check the kill-switch wire and make sure it is connected right otherwise there will be no spark if this is not connected correctly.
- When installing the new ignition coil, make sure to rotate the flywheel into a position where the magnets on the flywheel face the ignition coil.
- Using a folded piece of paper to adjust the correct gap between ignition coil armature and magnet.
- When tightening the screws of the ignition coil, ensure that the flywheel can still rotate freely.
- Check again that the kill switch wire is still correctly connected and didn’t come loose in the process.
